Shipping and Processing

Processing time:


Once we receive your order, your payment has cleared (may take up to 24 hours) and your address has been verified we will process your package within 1-3 BUSINESS days for boutique items and up to 5 BUSINESS days if your order includes a graphic shirt. (We do not process orders on weekends and holidays). The cut-off time for processing is 2.00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time.

We offer free first-class shipping with USPS for all orders over $50.00 in the continental US.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Please check your emails frequently after ordering in case we have to verify your address or have any other questions.


Please allow some additional processing time during big sales events.


Please be very diligent when providing your payment and shipping information as to avoid delays or packages being delivered to a wrong address. If we need to re-send a returned package because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will have to charge you for the re-shipping expenses.


Lost packages


If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the correct address, we cannot issue a refund or credit. The same applies if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is not returned to the SCY Boutique. Other than that, we will either replace the lost items if still available or issue a store credit for the amount paid for the ordered items.


Delayed packages


If you purchased expedited shipping (priority or express) and your package was not delivered by the time frame promised, we will open a claim with the postal service and refund you the additional shipping charges paid.


Delivery Confirmation Signature


For orders over $200.00 we require a signature as a precautionary step to make sure your package is delivered to the correct recipient.


Any questions regarding shipping or processing times will be answered within 24 hours during business days (not including weekends and holidays). We will try to answer all questions coming in latest at 2 pm EST on Fridays before the weekend.

Free shipping for orders over $50.00, for orders up to $50.00 a flat rate of $7.00.

Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

Flat rate of $15.00

Express Mail: 1-3 business days

Flat rate of $38.00
